ROME, Italy – The Italian Supreme Court or the La Corte di Cassazione has said that masturbation in public is not a crime anymore – as long as it is not performed in the presence of minors. The court was passing a decision in the case of a 69-year-old man, PL or Pietro L, who was convicted in May 2015 after being caught exhibiting himself in front of female students in Catania in Sicily.
